How user friendly is InventBill?Do we need any prior technical expertise to use InventBill?

You don't need to be tech savvy in order to use InventBill. Our system is very intuitive and does not require technical training. InventBill allows you to handle all your business operations from a single dashboard.

Creating Quotation and Invoicing with professional looks made simple with InventBill. Products and contacts details can be easily added. Furthermore, your sales and purchase orders populate automatically with your data. Moreover, we also allow you to easily track and update your order status with a visual overview or generate reports depending on your needs.
How does InventBill take care of my data privacy?

Your data will be hosted on one of the most reliable and secure cloud servers. We at InventBill use Amazon Web Services for hosting our servers and for data storage, the leader in providing cloud computing platforms.

If you are using multi-user feature, you can easily grant different access control settings to different users - for example, you can give one user access to the Billing data while another user can be given access to all data.
Does InventBill customer service provide technical support?

Yes. We want to help our customers succeed and grow their business, so we offer technical support and advice, for free, to all our on-trial and paid users through email or via tele call.

Is there any discount for InventBill annual subscription plan?

Yes, you just have to pay for 10 months. 2 months will be free in the annual subscription plan.

Can I change my plan after subscribing?

Yes, you can change your plan at anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?

Yes, if you're not satisfied with our product or service, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Who can use InventBill?

InventBill has been designed to work best for small and medium businesses, accountants, consultants, freelancers, self employed professionals, startups, and NGOs.

Does it work on Mac, PC or mobile devices?

Yes, InventBill is web-based online application so you can access it on any system you want with just one account. Whether you’re in office, at home or on the go, just log in at www.inventbill.com in your web browser and access all your data.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Absolutely not! It’s free to sign up for InventBill and you don’t have to put in your card data. After your free premium trial ends, your account will be automatically put on the free basic plan, so you’ll need a card only if you want to upgrade back to Premium features.

Does InventBill support GST (goods and service tax)?

Yes, our smart billing system is already updated with GST features.

Are updates free?

Yes, since it's a web based app you always get free updates every time we change something in our system, even big changes like the GST got auto updated in our system.

What happens if my license expires?

When your license expires, you’ll still be able to access all of your existing data on InventBill. Your account will be downgraded to free basic account (limited features) and you can upgrade back to premium whenever you want.
